A newly remodeled lake house conveniently located between Ashtabula Harbor and Geneva on the Lake. This 3500 square foot home is equipped with large outdoor entertainment area, including a warm fire pit, pool with chase lounges, bar, comfortable sitting area, large yard and grill. Enjoy local attractions including wineries, Geneva State Park, beaches including, Breakwater, Walnut, Spire Institute, covered bridges, Geneva on the Lake, bike trails and orchards.
The space
Full kitchen with upscale amenities including, gas stove top, dual ovens, coffee bar and large granite top island. This kitchen is fully stocked with all the glassware and cooking utensils you will need. All clean linens will be provided including bath towels, washcloths, dishtowels and extra blankets. Two master suits with attached bath and king-sized beds, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Enjoy sunset views from the yard or front porch, but note the neighbors are close. So please stay on the property only and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10pm to 8am). Two large living rooms located on first floor with multiple sitting areas. Perfect for playing games on the game table, relaxing with friends and family or enjoying views of Lake Erie.
