This property also includes a bronze club membership (or Platinum unlimited golf membership at an additional fee) to Heron Creek Golf and Country Club available, membership will be transferred during your stay allowing unlimited access to the clubhouse, workout facilities, tennis and dining, all only a short walk from the home.
The open concept gourmet kitchen is adjacent to the family room that includes new furniture, huge wall mount TV and Alexa with a triple
sliding door that accentuates the views to the pool, lakes and golf course.
The newly remodeled kitchen includes granite countertops, new black stainless steel appliances, pullout spray faucet and a huge island.
The amazing master suite includes a king-size bed with large wall mount TV and is the perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure.
The recently remodeled master bath has a spa feel with two vanities, huge walk-in closet, tons of storage, a large walk-in shower and soaking tub.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a large closet and the third bedroom includes an adjustable queen-size bed with plenty of space for your personal belongings. (King and queen beds have Sealy temperpedic mattresses)
Adjacent to both the second and third bedrooms is the second full bath with a shower/tub combo.
A fourth bedroom just off the family room includes double french doors, pullout trundle bed, large wall mount TV and desk with printer and wi-fi for your remote office.
The newly remodeled 1/2 bath is located next to the indoor laundry that includes a new washer and dryer with an oversized tub sink.
In addition to the heated pool you'll also find two day chairs, two lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table with umbrella that seats six.
The freshly painted 2-car garage is also at your disposal rounding out this one-of-a-kind, breathtaking remodeled home that will help you make memories with loved ones that will last a lifetime. Close to dining, shopping, beaches and all that North Port has to offer.
Bronze Members are entitled to unlimited use of the Club facilities (Tennis, Fitness and Social), and have the following golf privileges: 24 times per year (12 of those in season, November through April) subject to course availability and applicable cart and green fees. Beautiful Clubhouse for a casual meal after golf, or elegant dining in our Main Dining Room. Use of all Sports Facilities: • 5-Lighted Har-Tru Tennis Courts Pro Shop. • Weekly Tennis Leagues, Clinics, Camps and Professional Instruction. • Heated Resort Style Swimming Pool, Spa, and Sun Deck. • State of the Art Fitness Center with Locker Rooms featuring his & her Saunas, and convenient Snack Bar location. • Social Events and Activities to include: Mahjong, Bridge, Couples Euchre, Dominoes, Trivia Night, Texas Hold’em Poker, Live Music, Dinner Shows, Karaoke, Happy Hours, and much more!
