The view from this rental space is breathtaking, on over 1/3 acre, which is the GEM of Sudden Valley. This custom-built property is overlooking beautiful Lake Whatcom, the Sudden Valley golf course, and amazing foothills across Lake Whatcom.
The extremely spacious property has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace, an attached bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub, and two-person walk-in showers.
This property also features a completely remodeled kitchen with gorgeous granite, a stainless-steel refrigerator, and dual ovens, with a walk-through pantry.
The living room area has a newly remodeled fireplace, featuring a mounted flat screen television, surrounded by contemporary tile, while the second living room area features a wood-crafted pool table and an electronic dart board. The dining area has a large wooden table that seats six people, but the table is extendable to seat more guests.
This amazing house also has the largest, most beautiful private deck in Sudden Valley, featuring a BBQ, modern gas fire pit, and new contemporary patio furniture, seating several people for outdoor gatherings.
The first, lower level of the property has high 13-foot ceilings, three large bedrooms with queen-size beds, two full bathrooms, an exercise bike, an elliptical machine, a movie theater/media room with an XBOX, surround sound, and six leather reclining lounge chairs.
If you like music, your family will LOVE having the largest deck in Sudden Valley. This huge private entertainment-sized deck has a surround SONOS sound system with viewing speakers wired outside and inside every room throughout the house for your enjoyment. The Sonos system may be controlled by a mounted IPAD or your smartphone.
The first, lower level also has a nice kitchen area with a two-burning electric stove top, Instant Pot, microwave oven, hot plate, two large toaster ovens, three coffee makers, slow cooker/electric pot, and a toaster, medium-size refrigerator, George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill, and a second outdoor BBQ.
