Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a private suite at South Arm Retreats. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are patio with propane grill, kayak rentals (subject to availability), and East Jordan Tourist Park. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).

Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day for an additional $30 per day per kayak. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your online boarding pass after booking.
This is a pet-friendly room for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds only. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
