This year-round cozy cabin is on1.7 acres with 200 ft of lakeshore on Fish Lake and just over an hour from the Twin Cities! The main cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Other features include: washer and dryer, a mini split A/C unit, electric baseboard heat, sizable kitchen with dishwasher, island-style dining table that seats 6+. Concrete fire patio w/outlet & rope lights and a large deck/patio walks down to the sandy beach and lake. The bunkhouse is adjacent to the cabin and has 2 full-over-full custom-built bunkbeds and has its own private deck. Bunkhouse has a wall-mount A/C unit and electric baseboard heat. Both buildings can accommodate up to 11 overnight guests. The property has ample parking and a circle pull through driveway and lots of privacy on this heavily wooded lot.
Cabin is close to several attractions: raceway, winery, brewery, cidery, waterpark, nearby trails for four-wheeling and snowmobiling. The lake is perfect for recreational use and fishing, with a public boat launch.
