The Space:

Situated on little lagoon and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico's sandy white beach.... with deeded beach access that has a boarded walkway to the beach giving you the best of both worlds. The complex was designed to maximize the beach and lagoon life. This complex has its own first come first serve boat slip, boat dock, launch and boat storage. So, splash your boat and be in the Gulf within minutes. There is a fishing pier and a fish cleaning station and a barbecue/picnic area perfect for entertaining. Relax and take a dip in the refreshing pool that all capitalizes on the beautiful lagoon view. The condo has extra wide covered parking and an elevator to take you to your second story unit with an enormous balcony that has breath taking views of Little Lagoon!! The master bedroom is set up to take in the waterfront view as well. The master bedroom and living area have access to the balcony. This spacious open floor plan unit lives larger than it is. The unit features modern furnishings, and the pictures are current to showcase the contemporary design. The kitchen has a huge bar, air fryer toaster, a normal drip coffee maker and a Keurig, and plenty of counter and storage space. With a queen bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area, Lagoon Landing unit 207 can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
