Positive: No breakfast provided. Location is very good.
Negative: WE were not notified in advance about the dangerous construction around the site . Eventually the dangerous sidewalk was closed which resulted in longer inconvenient walks to the unit. Construction debris could fall on your head while leaving the unit. The unit is multilevel with 8 tile steps from the entry to the kitchen. There are an additional 5 potential trip steps within the unit so IT IS NOT SUITABLE TO SENIOR GUESTS
Summary: WE like La Vista but we should have known about the construction in advance.
