Positive: The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The highlight is the terrace, which offers a very nice view of the ocean and the city. There is also a gym downstairs, but we didn't use it as we stayed for only one week and enjoyed touring and using the beaches in Fuerteventura. Check-in and check-out were very easy.
Negative: The kitchen is a bit dark without windows. The apartment is situated on a hill, so getting back from the beach can be challenging with small kids. Parking spaces are often occupied.
