Positive: Apartment is located in a really quiet and nice side street Easy to reach with public transport Supermarkets are nearby
Negative: Apartment is used and a bit worn out - more what you expect from the usual airbnb flats The installed heating didn't got close to warm the room (in November). We had to use the AC heating to not freeze. Bathroom and kitchen stay frosty in any case. Big Problem .. the warm water in the boiler is just enough for 1 very quick shower. There was never enough warm water for the second person and we had to take cold showers, which isn't pleasant in a cold November when the bathroom is cold anyway. Overall, I was not satisfied considering the state of the apartment, the price tag of this apartment and the fact that they demand a 300€ deposit. I would have expected a higher standard.
