Positive: Well located for Olbia - Costa Smeralda, in a private compound with controlled access, swimming pool and small beaches available. Proper appartment plan for a family (up to 5-6 people, with a huge terrace. Private parking space available for free. Helpful maintenance agency.

Negative: The appartment need some refresh of furniture (beds, storage drawers) windows & doors frames, insects web for windows. Asking extra money for towels and bedsheets is a strange practice. WiFi router of the appartment didn't worked. The internet quality provided by the outside router was rather poor. The warranty is too high vs what a tourist can damage.
