~ Magic Sands has just finished a year long complete Renovation, new Public facilities, and, with its own parking lot across the street, that also offers Bike Rental’s.
~ Alii Drive - is the main ocean road running North to South, along the coast that connects Kona Village and Keauhou community, major shopping center, golf course, Boat Marina, and launch point for many ocean activity vendors.
🌺 Our Guest families are welcome to go for a swim in the Infinity private pool, that is completely tiles with Hawaiian Marine Life. There's a pool sun deck, a front entry Lanai, and a long back lanai too, and guests can use free Wifi and free private parking.

For those times when you'd rather not eat out, you can cook at the free-standing, lighted BBQ Hut, off the kitchen’s lanai, and red wood deck.
🌺 Guests can keep up their exercise routines during outdoor yoga and fitness classes, at Pahoehoe Park, next to Magic Sands beach. If you'd like to discover the area, snorkeling and cycling are possible in the surrounding area, and the villa can arrange a bicycle rental service.
