Positive: I loved that everything was child-friendly — the facilities, the pools, the dining hall. The service was wonderful

Negative: I didn’t like that a week before the vacation, I was told there was overbooking and my room was changed to an apartment. While it was larger, it wasn’t suitable for one parent with two small children — the stairs were steep, and my daughter fell. In addition, there were ants in the kitchen, and the issue wasn’t resolved even after I spoke with the staff. Having to move to another room in the middle of the vacation was also very frustrating and difficult — it’s unpleasant to pack everything up in the middle of a holiday. In that sense, I was quite disappointed.
