Villa Kismet is located just north of Veterans Memorial Pkwy in SW Cape Coral. The property backs up to a freshwater canal that can be easily explored with the kayaks that are provided for guests. 4 bicycles are also available for your use.Large concrete dock for fishing and relaxing by the water.
This vacation home is of newer construction and was completed in the spring of 2019. This modern house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office/den. The main living room with its open kitchen and formal dining room is the focal point of this beautiful house. The master bedroom is located on the left side of the home and features an en suite bathroom and is set up with a king size bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 are located on the right side of the split floorplan house. While bedroom #2 features a queen size bed and also an en suite bathroom which can also be used as a pool bathroom, bedroom #3 features two twin size beds. The den has an additional bunk bed as well as an office desk. The pool deck offers ample space for outdoor entertainment and sun bathing. The southern facing pool area with heated pool offers direct sun all day.
Unsere Villa Kismet liegt zentral in SW Cape Coral an einem Frischwasserkanal. Die anliegenden Wasserstrassen koennen mit dem Kanu nach belieben erkundet werden. Zwei Kanus und vier Fahrraeder stehen zur Verfuegung. Der Bootssteg am breiten Kanal leadt zum Angeln und Relaxen ein.
Dieses moderne Haus wurde Anfang 2019 fertiggestellt und bietet 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 volle Baeder. Das groesste Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses, waehrend Schlafzimmer #2 & #3 auf der rechten Seite des Hauses gelegen sind. Auch das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was auch als Poolbad benutzt werden kann. Schlafzimmer #3 ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Im Buero befindet sich ein Doppelstockbett sowie ein Schreibtisch. Der Richtung Sueden ausgerichtete Swimmingpool bietet genuegend Platz zum Sonnenbaden sowie Relaxen.
