Just a short boat ride to Smith Lake Park, Big Bridge, and several marinas. This property sits on the main channel, BUT sits back in a private cove that protects you from the noise and waves of the boat traffic. Deep water and great for swimming!
This Property is a former "mother-in-law" apartment and sits in the basement of the main home. There is no access from the main dwelling into this apartment. It has its own entrance and parking pad (large enough for 3 cars). There is also a private paved boat launch (you will need 4 wheel drive) and a space to park your trailer. The owner keeps their boat in the slip, but you can tie up to the dock. You have full use of dock, pavilion, park.
