It offers a spectacular sweeping view across Ponce Inlet, from the Atlantic white beaches to the Intercoastal Waterway with a view of the Ponce Lighthouse in the distance.
The pristine Smyrna Dunes Park lies in front, with boardwalks and beach paths and native Florida foliage.
With a bright, airy open floor plan, the living room & dining area, with 3 tall windows, open on to two separate porches, one facing east & the ocean, and the other facing west & the river. The rooms are full of light and color from the sea and the river. There are curtains and blinds on windows, but because this unit faces only the inlet, there is complete privacy.
The unit consists of a large master bedroom, spa bathroom, and walk-in closet. This bedroom opens on to a private porch with stunning views of the ocean.
There is a medium sized guestroom and full bath with tub and shower.
Both bedrooms have plush pillow top beds and top quality linens and towels.
A library/office with two desks is located right off the entry way. Wifi is included with the rental.
The living room contains a large, comfortable, sectional couch and leather recliner. There is a 65" frame TV on the living room wall and another TV in the guest room. The dining area consists of a large mango wood trestle table with seating for 10. A signature shell chandelier lights the area.
The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is large and well equipped for entertaining and cooking.
Internet and full TV services are included. A laundry room with washer & dryer is located next to guestroom.

We are also only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando making day trips to Central Florida simple. Enjoy day trips to Disney and Kennedy Space Center.
