Positive: Wonderful Experience and Outstanding Service I had an amazing stay at the hotel, and I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thanks goes to Mr. Hanna Adli from the management team, whose professionalism and attention to detail made a real difference in my experience. He was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything I needed. I would also like to recognize Yosef Omar and Mahmoud from the bar — both incredibly polite, attentive, and truly a pleasure to interact with. They listened patiently, offered great service, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable. Everyone I encountered was courteous and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
