Perhaps the rarest feature of JASMINE JEWEL is the private pool, which is unheard of for two-bedroom homes in Truman Annex. The entire pool area is fenced in and surrounded by lush landscaping. Spend your days soaking up the sun in the chaise lounges that surround the heat-optional pool, or escape to the shaded patio, offering additional outdoor lounging and seating. Fire up the propane grill for a poolside meal using the full outdoor dining set with seating for six. Whether you are having an intimate cookout of today's fresh catch or a champagne toast before a day on Duval, you'll have plenty of space outside to enjoy.
Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

The plush sofa and two armchairs provide comfortable seating options for your group to gather around in front of the large flat screen HD Smart TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate extra guests. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the tools and appliances you'll need to prepare meals at home and includes additional seating for two at the bar. There's also a convenient half bathroom on the main floor.
