Summary: This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood with a short taxi ride into Poole. There were however some issues. The hot Tub was cool on day of arrival and as we were only there 2 nights we missed out on enjoying night 1. The freezer did not work, you could not get TV in the lounge( there was a Sky box but no remote and could not connect TV to internet. The downstairs toilet was continually running and did not flush properly, there was loads of rubbish and overflowing bins in the front. The concerning thing was when raised with the agent felt like we were being awkward as feedback not received positively. On leaving was told if was trying to get a refund no chance. I was surprised as not my intention. Had a great time due to the company but would not recommend.
