2 bedrooms upstairs, living, dining and kitchen with dishwasher plus main bathroom with corner spa, shower, vanity and toilet.
Downstairs has a rumpus room/ bedroom with queen bed, lounge and an array of books.
Laundry with washing machine. 2nd toilet and shower downstairs.
For the cooler months, a wood fire with firewood supplied.
Also a Pianola with rolls of tunes. A bit of fun for the family.
Fully fenced back yard with an abundance of local birdlife.
If you are looking for a peaceful pet friendly getaway and want to be surrounded by nature - this is the perfect place. You may even see the resident bower bird (season) making a nest in the garden.
Garage is NOT AVAILABLE.
Jan's Retreat is located in the sleepy village of Erowal Bay on the shores of St Georges Basin. St Georges Basin is great for all water sports including water skiing, kayaking, fishing, sailing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding.
Perfect for a base away from the hustle and bustle of the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson and Vincentia and Hyams Beach.
Spend a day or 2 exploring Booderee National Park with many secluded beaches and walking trails. A must is the ruined lighthouse at Cape St George and Botanical Gardens.
Bring the tennis racquets - Erowal Bay Tennis Club with 6 synthetic grass courts is just up the road.
If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson's Beach - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach - On leash at all times.
Personal Linen is Required - please bring sheets/pillow slips/bath towels/bath mats/t towels + beach towels
