Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. Appliances consist of an Electric oven, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and a smart TV. Outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a balcony and patio area with furniture. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. One pet welcome but sorry, no smoking or vaping. 6 The Watermark is a superb seaside getaway. Note: The garden is not enclosed.
