This luxury one of a kind custom Bayfront Home on the south end of Manasota Key is located on a waterfront corner lot with panoramic views of Lemon Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. It has an open floor plan with soaring 14 ft ceilings, travertine and bamboo flooring, several large windows, and sliders with spectacular views of Florida's natural sunlight and marine life.
This home offers a spacious living/great room with water views, a built-in entertainment center, and a marble gas fireplace. The gourmet chef's kitchen with a center island is complete with granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, and top-of-the-line appliances including 2 ovens, 2 disposals, a trash compactor, and a coffee station! There is a bayside dinette complete with a beverage cooler and wet bar. The master bedroom has stunning water views, a large custom closet, and electric blinds. The master bath has 2 vanities and a huge walk-in shower with surround showerheads and precise adjustable temperature knobs. Summary: There were nine of us vacationing this year, and the rental did not disappoint. The house is huge. Everyone had a place to sleep and the common area was so large that we never were stepping on each other or getting in each other's way. Master suite was extremely nice. Everyone was happy with their beds. Mattresses were all firm and in good shape. Small pool on the patio was the perfect size for a cool down; fishing off of the dock was also great. We caught several large catfish, a redfish, a speck, a small grouper, and even a small Bonnethead shark. House was well equipped, even provided a ladder to allow us to easily launch our kayaks; we brought two of our own, but there were four additional provided, along with two SUP paddleboards. The damage done by Milton in October certainly did impact some of the neighboring homes, but this one was in great shape. At first we were worried about the beach being closed, but it was not a problem. Englewood Beach is a short walk away very close; probably 5 to 7 minutes. For the most part we cooked at home, and the kitchen was well equipped and fully functional. It is a long drive for us coming in from ATL, so finding a place that is so nice and well equipped is very important. I can definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beach rental in the Manasota/Englewood area.
