Beautiful private estate on the edge of Palm Desert over 5 acres. It features 3 homes, two large pools, tennis court, koi pond, outdoor dining pavilion, 3 fire pits, multiple decks, games, billiards, trampoline and so much more.
POOL/SPA:
There is 2 pools and spas on the property. The gigantic 20x90 feet pool with 7 feet spa charge to heat up daily is $150 (83 degrees) and large pool 15x30 is $100/day. Spa only option is available. If 86 degrees is desired, please inquire on pricing.

Summary: Loved our event and the property. Ton's of beds, but everyone has to share rooms. Had to call to get in, received no info until day AFTER we checked in. NEVER received checkout. No instructions on pools, spas, tv, fireplaces, etc. Could not get into the casita, no code worked. My niece had to call and walk the property while taking notes. I asked for site map and was told it was not available. Bedrooms for 30, but only a place for 5 to sit on sofa to watch 3 TV screens? Kitchen area and bar was 100% perfection. After that rocky start, the facility was wonderful and we used everything. Both BBQ's, pools, spa's, tennis court.
