Positive: The location

Negative: -Never saw a member of staff/owner... no one. -No smoking is allowed yet people were smoking and the smell of smoke entered our room through the air vents. (Obviously no smoke alarms) -Insects in our bathroom -For the amount of money we paid I expected better and more care for detail...no bathroom amenities except for watered down hand soap. -we had Christmas toilet paper(we are in May) and extra paper stored un wrapped in the communal corridor (not very hygienic). - rooms weren't cleaned, not sure if that was included or not. But no staff to ask if we needed an extra towel etc.
