The Space:
This beautiful home has an ideal layout for groups with two living spaces, five bathrooms, and four bedrooms spread out on two levels. From the moment you enter this bright and charming home, you will be surrounded by a light-filled space with soaring windows and impressive views! When you step through the front door, you will arrive at the entryway landing, where you will find ample space for storing your outdoor gear. A short staircase will take you down to the open living room/dining/kitchen. You will first arrive in the kitchen, a spacious area that boasts a full wet bar on one side and a fully equipped kitchen on the other. The kitchen features luxury stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and an oversized island with four barstools. Just off the kitchen is the dining room, where you will find a large table with seating for 8 in a space filled with natural light from the surrounding windows.
From the kitchen, head to the sunken living room, a bright space with floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of space for your group to sit down and relax with a plush sectional sofa, another smaller couch, and two chairs. Enjoy cozy evenings in this space as you warm by the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy movie nights on the 65" TV. In both the living room and the dining room, you will find sliding glass doors that led out to the spacious wrap-around deck. This incredible outdoor space will be your own outdoor oasis with plenty of space for your group to sit out on the plastic Adirondack chairs. This outdoor space is surrounded by trees making for a peaceful outdoor living area perfect for entertaining in the summer months and even includes a patio heater for chilly late summer or spring nights.
When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the master bedroom on the main level, just down from the living room. This spacious bedroom is full of natural light and charm! The room has a sliding glass door taking you out to your own private balcony with views overlooking the trees. The room also includes matching nightstands with lamps, a sitting chair, a 50" TV, 3 dressers, and an attached bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the master bathroom, where you will find a double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door and tile work. A second bedroom is located just down the hallway off the foyer, providing a good separation of privacy. This charming bedroom boasts a comfortable full-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser with a TV on top, a walk-in closet, and a chair. Adding to the comfort of the room is a stylish-attached bathroom, complete with a double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door.
Make your way down to the basement level of the home, where you will find an additional two bedrooms and a second living room. The basement living room is a dynamic space perfect for entertaining! On one side of the room enjoy the small wet bar that includes a sink and a mini-fridge which is located next to a round table with five chairs. This space is perfect for enjoying a game night or working on a puzzle. On the other side of the room is a cozy living room with a comfortable couch that can be pulled out to a king-size bed, two sitting chairs, and a 55” TV. The space is surrounded by windows, bringing in ample natural light and views over the surrounding trees. Off the basement living room, you will find a shared full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower stall.
The two basement bedrooms include one bedroom with king-size and bright windows all around, and a second bedroom that boasts two twin-size beds and a charming Western theme. Both of the bedrooms include a sitting chair, a dresser, and a 32” TV. Near the two bedrooms is a fifth bathroom, which includes a single-sink vanity and a shower stall.
A highlight of the home is the indoor hot tub and sauna that are found on the basement level. The hot tub room is the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, with tall windows providing lovely views over the surrounding nature. Or, step into the sauna and ease sore muscles from a day on the hiking or skiing trails. Rounding out the basement level is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire home, an outdoor deck that will include plastic Adirondack chairs, and a private hot tub. Guests will also have access to three parking places, one in the garage and two spots in the drive. Please note, no parking is allowed on the street, vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed and towed.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located on the outskirts of the lovely Summit Cove neighborhood, providing the perfect starting point for hiking, biking, and skiing adventures. The serene area places you right next to Keystone Golf Course, and nearby Keystone Ski Resort, Lake Dillon, and Arapahoe Basin. With just a 15-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. Keystone Resort is a 25-minute drive away where after a day on the mountain you can enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 20 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing, or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafés, and shops and is just over a 30-minute drive from the home.
Getting Around:
Situated next to the Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the home is not within walking distance of a public transportation stop, but for those with a vehicle who do not want to drive much, you can make the 10-minute drive to Keystone Lodge where you will find stop 79 on the Summit Stages FREE bus' line for the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. During the winter months make the 25-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is a 10-minute drive from the home. You are also within a 40 minutes drive to the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon and Silverthorne are a 20-minute drive away, while Frisco is a 28-minute drive. From this home, you can also be at Breckenridge in 35 minutes or Vail in 50 minutes.
