Fall in Love with this luxurious modern home located on the South Coast of Canada, otherwise known as Crystal Beach. From the moment that you enter this enchanted space, the idyllic waterfront views showcased by expansive floor to ceiling windows, will evoke a sense of calm and serenity like none other. A new build that has state of the art finishes on a large private beachfront lot with an expansive waterfront deck. Enjoy your favourite morning Nespresso pick or an evening cocktail to the soothing sounds of the waves unfolding at the shoreline along with the breeze coming off of the lake. Spend your days in the sand on the amazing beach and snuggle up outside by the gas fire table or inside by the gas fireplace on cool evenings.
The home has a high end kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. There are four bedrooms, two boasting spectacular lakeviews with full walk-out balconies. There are two three piece baths and a powder room as well so there is plenty of space for 12 guests such as a large family, two families or a group of friends enjoying a beach getaway. Featuring a large deck with outdoor seating, a premium gas firepit and a gas or propane grill. The chef's kitchen is so well stocked that it can produce any culinary masterpiece. It has quartz counters, upgraded lighting, and luxury stainless steel appliances that feature a climate controlled wine fridge. This open concept Great Room has 10 foot coffered ceilings, a gas fireplace and a flat screen television allowing panoramic views of the water and a comfortable place to gather. The decor is upscale and sophisticated with various textures and the calming colours of the sand, sea and ocean.
With stairs down to the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot to relax in the sun and swim in the beautiful lake that has a very shallow walk out which is great for kids. It is located on the main strip of Crystal Beach and a short walk to many restaurants, ice cream parlours and boutique shops.
The outdoor patios offer plenty of seating for outdoor dining or relaxing. A BBQ is available for your use seasonally May to October.
This is also a phenomenal location for paddle boarding and kayaking. There is a lot of space on the north side of the home to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATIONS
Each of the bedrooms have been named after a crystal with specific healing properties to that stone. You will find the name of the room and a description of the healing properties outside of each bedroom. We hope that during your stay, you can take some time to be “In the Moment” and connect with your inner self. At the same time, being mindful of the healing properties from the crystal associated with each room. Crystal healing is an integral part of deepening one’s self awareness with the hopes of reaching higher levels of spirituality and alignment with one’s own self. Azure Room: Queen Bed with direct access to an ensuite bath

We provide all linens and bath towels, cookware, and dinnerware. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use on the beach.
There is a stackable washer/dryer located at the top of the stairs in the closet on the left next to Celestite room.

The homes have separate outdoor areas, but beach access is shared. There is plenty of shared parking. This is a great location for two or three families to get away. Contact me for group pricing on both suites combined that can sleep up to 20 guests.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for a large group of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates are not provided. We do not allow pets at this home.

We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
Our beach house is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet time between the hours of 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
The Renter whose name the reservation is made in is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
