Enjoy our lovely Florida style home with a private resort back yard and heated pool. Perfectly located near everything Naples is famous for! A quick mile to the sugar sand beaches of Lowdermilk Park with the best beach amenities (easy access parking, bathrooms, showers, food, picnic tables, paddle board rentals, volleyball) right next to the beach! Walk, bike or a short drive to everything... beach, mall, grocery, zoo, conservancy, greenway boardwalk, 5th ave downtown shops, dining and more! Everything you would want for a Naples vacation right at your easy access. Relax in the peaceful , south-facing back yard (fully fenced) back yard or head out for an adventure in any direction.
Our lovingly renovated home we call "Casa Palmera" has an open floor plan and is decorated with original art from Denmark and other fine furnishings. Walk in and your eye is immediately drawn back to the 1500sqft screened-in lanai and pool area through a bright Florida room with 4 big window sliders. Outfitted with outdoor furniture including a sectional, lounge chairs, dining table and grill you might just live out there! You even have a view of the pool from the newly renovated designer kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless. Watching the 47" 3D HDTV equipped with full Hulu Live at the touch of a Roku remote button you are surrounded by views of the unique south Florida landscaped back yard. The yard has 9 different varieties of palm trees, banana, citrus, pineapple and avocado. Turn the pool lights on at night and enjoy the custom designed pool and water feature. Take it all in, you are in paradise!
