You will be In Good Sands at this Atlantic Ocean view home with a location just across the street from the beach! A simple interior, two bedrooms plus two additional sleeping spaces in addition to the living area's sleeper sofa and newly added for 2021 the downstairs bunk game room make this a relaxing retreat!
2 Bedrooms + 2 bonus rooms + downstairs bunk game room, 2 Baths.
Maximum Occupancy: 12.
Bed sizes: Queen, Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa in living area, Twin Bunk Beds in Bonus Room, Twin Bunk Beds and Double Futon in downstairs bunk game room.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom
Living areas on 1 level.
Central heat & air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher.
Cable (digital service) TV in the living area and each upstairs bonus room, each with a DVD/VCR player; 4th TV is a 60" Smart TV with access to streaming apps in downstairs bunk game room!

Bunk game room provides additional amenities for guest use: Surf Fishing Rods, Beach Bicycles, Bar Area with Cooking Utensils and Igloo Coolers, Corn Hold Boards, Dart Board, Refrigerator, Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Beach Boogie Boards.
Enclosed outside shower with hot water.
Grilling allowed - Weber Gas Grill and gas tank provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house. Smoking allowed outside only. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
1 dog allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During November through March excluding the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3 night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
• During April through October and holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter: Partial Week Getaways with a 3 night minimum stay are only permitted within 10 days of arrival and must be booked within a Saturday-Saturday time frame.

-The tenant renting a home in the present year has priority status for the same approximate dates in the house next year if they make their Request on or before the last day of their stay this year.
-Dates are available to be booked by the public beginning at 9:00AM ET on the first weekday following the tenant's checkout.
-The availability of a home for rental, the rental rate, and changes to a home or its amenities and furnishings, are established solely by the homeowner.
