Positive: Good location 5 mins from beach and some good restaurants. Away from the noisy bar scene. Good wifi. Shared kitchen in good order. The other guest who was cooking in the kitchen cleaned up nicely. Adequate for a 1 night stop. Reasonable price. The owner was very friendly. We had a problem with access to the room and he offered tea, coffee and snacks while we waited.
Negative: There was somebody staying in our room when we arrived. We had to wait 4 hours (until 6pm) for him to return the key. He didn't appear to have a place to go after that. He was still in the courtyard 4 hours later. Awkward. The room was cleaned in 20mins by the owner. The bedding and towels were changed. I was concerned about the hygiene of the room.
