Lower floor: rooms and garden access This level includes two bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200cm), one with direct access to the garden. A bathroom with double sink and toilet and a games room complete this floor. An additional shower room, accessible from the garden, is ideal for swimming pool returns. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available.
