Fully equipped Kitchen brand new fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Boat rentals and parks, PLAYGROUND in walking distance and a Park around the corner w tennis and basketball courts, grills, picnic tables, shady trails that go along the lake and a beach to lay out. Private Grill is on back porch of home. Ping-pong, bocci, croquet, tennis rackets, LAX STYX, corn hole, soccer, fire pit (not available in Summer), games, puzzles, books, cards, UNO, old Disney VHS tapes for children/ tv in bunk room--GREAT ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE CHILDREN SO ADULTS GET ADULT or QUIET TIME.
