Welcome to our charming home in the heart of Davenport, Florida! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our lovely abode offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and proximity to all the attractions Central Florida has to offer. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a business trip, our property promises a memorable and relaxing stay.
Upon entering our delightful retreat, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The living room is tastefully furnished, creating an ideal space to unwind after a day of adventures. Sink into the plush sofas and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply catch up with your loved ones in this cozy setting. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Prepare delicious meals and savor them together in the adjacent dining area with seating for the whole family.
Our home features four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom features queen size bed, closet and ceiling fan. The third bedroom features two twin size beds and the fourth bedroom features full size bed and a bunk bed(twin size bed each). A washer and dryer, flat-screen television, Wi-fi, available parking space in the driveway and a beautiful pool with a Lanai are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

*No Pets allowed.
*No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard.
*Strictly No parties or events are allowed
*No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed.
*No unregistered guests are allowed.
*No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
*Complimentary and starting basic essentials
*Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
*Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only. Located in the garage.
*Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
*Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
*Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
*Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
*Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
*No mail or packages are to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
*Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
* Pool isn't heated.
*Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.
*The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee.
*Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.

*Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*Pool care: Scheduled weekly. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $140.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
