WALKING DISTANCE TO SWAMI'S BEACH AND DOWNTOWN ENCINITAS - BEAUTIFUL POOL, HUGE HOUSE! Note: This is a quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours for outdoor space are strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am.
The space is an amazing gathering place for families. Tons of space for cooking meals and entertaining. The outdoor space is amazing as well with a separate outdoor kitchen, grill, and fireplace. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and both have covers in case you have small children that you want to keep out :).
You will be able to access the whole property, except for the garage area.
Our daughter comes and goes from the apartment above the garage (not rentable) so you may or may not see her. She can help you with any of your onsite needs and will reach out to make sure you are comfortable and happy! :)
Parking: Please note that we do not allow more than 2 cars. All cars must always be parked in the driveway and there is no street parking allowed as it is on a privately owned street. :) If you need more parking space, please contact us and we can try to figure something out for you.
Guests: We do not allow more than 10 guests on the property and that includes anyone coming to visit that isn't staying as a guest at the property.
