Huge, comfortable home, with over 8000 square feet of Madeline Island living! This home has four floors, with 6 bedrooms, (four of which have attached on suites),and 7 bathrooms. Living rooms on first and second floors that include gas fireplaces. Basement game room with bar, pool table, darts, and space for yoga, or other large group activities. Spacious rooms throughout this home, with a chefs kitchen included! With 6 bedrooms, which includes a large fourth floor sleeping room, we can easily sleep 22 people.
Only one mile away from the Town Park and 3.5 miles from the State park, experience what visitors have called “the best beach in northern Wisconsin” at Big Bay Town Park! Centrally located, just a quick ride to downtown Madeline Islands downtown shopping and restaurant district! Summary: The images don't really do this place justice. It's nice for a large group- the things I'd like to see improved: we were not aware the owner may or may not also stay on the property, several plumbing issues that were brought to our attention after the refund date, a case of missing blankets upon checkout. All issues included, we had a great start and the property is wonderful if you have a big group spending a lot of time hanging outside and playing yard games, chilling. The plumbing issues were annoying but there were enough bathrooms and showers and everything. It would be nice if everything worked but the place was clean, nicely kept and worked really well for a group of 15.
