Fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with tub. 2 king beds, plus 3 fulls, 3 twins & 3 pull out couches, plus airbeds make it great for families or groups, sleeps 13. This 1890 Victorian 5 bedroom house, lovingly restored & by the it’s owners in 2008, is 100% solar powered, original hardwood floors, exposed brick and lots of old world charm. Large Dining/Living area with wall mount TV, 2 large recliners & couches, plenty of seating for eating, visiting or just Netflix & chill. Full front & side porch with swing & gliding chairs for porch sittin’ anytime of day. Beautiful Market garden across the street & aquaponic greenhouse available for tours. We have several houses adjacent & an event space (for up to 45) that can be rented to accommodate more guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, glass top stove & granite countertops. Coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and full dinner service for 8-12 make for great cooking & entertaining. Ask about farm fresh produce for sale, as local as it gets!
BEDROOMS:
5 bedrooms, one on the first floor. 2 king beds, 1 full, 1 twin over full with another twin trundle. Full daybed with twin trundle on ground floor, 3 pull out couches & airbeds.
BATHROOMS:
2 bathrooms, one on each floor, both with shower & tub. Downstairs has the original claw foot tub!
YARD:
White Picket fence, Spacious backyard & covered porch with porch sittin’ swing & chairs. Solar panels, bamboo, a big blue spruce & silver maple to play under. Play catch or tag in the large yard.
