The Casa SaMata is located on a 15. 000 m² and landscaped grounds on the Finca Son Catiu and has a floor space of approximately 60 m², consisting of 2 double bedrooms and a shower room. The kitchen, which can be accessed from the outside, is equipped with everything necessary for daily needs. The "dining room" is located directly in front of a covered cozy porch with a dining table and benches.
Around the house there are large lawns and slightly raised the small square pool, which is easily accessible via a staircase. Open and covered terraces invite you to relax.
There is also a gas grill and an outdoor shower. On the side of the house facing the pool, there is another outdoor dining area consisting of table and benches.
