The newly built in 2012 holiday house with 2 spacious semi-detached houses is located in an idyllic location, away from the hustle and bustle in Old Reddevitz on the peninsula Mönchgut. The modern semi-detached house offers a fantastic view of the Hagensche Wiek. Both semi-detached houses are designed for a comfortable holiday for young and old under one roof. Each house has 4 bedrooms. On the property there are two car parking spaces available for each semi-detached house. You can set your bikes in a lockable bike shed!

The half of the house on two levels offers a living space of approx. 128 sqm, a furnished terrace and a garden with south orientation enough space for relaxing holidays. Special emphasis was placed on spaciousness of the rooms and the tasteful decor in warm natural tones. Downstairs is the spacious, high-quality tiled living is - and dining room with a large dining table for up to 8 people. On the couch in the living room makes you spend the vacation in front of the fireplace. For entertainment, a LCD - TV, DVD - player and a hi-fi system. The harmoniously integrated in the living area, high quality equipped kitchenette has a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-ring hob, a fridge-freezer and microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various small inventory, which completes the kitchen equipment are of course. One of the four bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a rattan bed (140cm x 200cm). A modern shower room with a flat shower tray (1.00m x 1.00m), toilet and the "foundling" - sink is also located on the ground floor. The entire Non smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. For guests a free W-LAN connection is available; for telephone calls in the German fixed network at no additional cost. On the property are available for each detached house per 2 parking spaces available. Bicycles can be adjusted in a lockable bike shed!
