Positive: *The sea view from our room and from the restaurant was beautiful. *Reception staff were kind and helpful in assisting us with a room change. *The second room was somewhat better cared for than the first. *The food selection was varied, fairly fresh, and overall satisfying.
Negative: We were disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid for a Junior Suite. * In the first room: small insects crawling on the floor (we recorded them), a damaged sofa, broken floor tiles, and water leaking under the bathroom sink. * After reporting this, the hotel kindly moved us to another room, which we appreciated. * Unfortunately, the second room also had insects – a different kind this time. * Even though we were on the 4th floor and the hotel is located up on a hill, we could still clearly hear traffic and other outside noise, which shows the room was not soundproofed. * In the reception area, we even saw a reddish-brown cockroach. This was our first time experiencing such issues in a hotel. Overall, the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort did not meet our expectations.
