Summary: After a long trip that involved 3 flights and a bus ride, (approx 16 hrs of traveling) let’s just say Chablis Hotel was an oasis. Very nice and clean accommodations. Modern and renovated. I was welcomed with a beverage that hit the spot. The heat in Palenque is another level, so a cold beverage was such a nice touch. Beds are comfy, showers have nice pressure. And the air conditioner cools your room up quickly! I slept like a baby. I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. Delicious! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend. I will be back!
