Never have to leave home for comfort or recreation. Of course, you may still want to! Guests love our conveniently located home between the Foothills/Flatirons of Boulder, CO & the excitement of Downtown Denver.
Our home is newly renovated. It features amenities that surpass many hotels! With a private hot tub that is large enough for six adults, a brand new steam shower, an ample heated gym and front & backyard seating! This is a family home owned by musicians, dancers and artists.
Due to our luxury amenities, and for the safety of our guests, we keep security cameras in the garage gym and over the hot tub area. This is normal practice with any hotel and or bed and breakfast type facility. These cameras are not regularly monitored unless there is reported safety concerns or damage to the facilities. There are no camera's in the home.
Guests are expected to leave the home clean (excluding dirty bedsheets). Trash should be removed upon departure. Guests who leave the home in messy condition will be charged additional cleaning fees of $250.
