The Nest is a delightful holiday home located in the cathedral city of Ripon. Sleeping up to four guests across two double bedrooms, you can enjoy this home with family or friends. The Space:
The ground floor at The Nest is where you’ll find the kitchen diner. Fully equipped for self-catering staycations, the space has everything you could need to prepare and enjoy meals together including an oven and hob, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer.
The Nest has a bright and cosy living area with a comfy leather sofa, matching armchair and large window with french doors flooding the room with light. Located on the first floor, the space is complete with a smart flat screen TV and a coffee table.
You’ll find one bedroom on the second floor, and another on the third floor at The Nest. Both bedrooms feature double beds, premium bedding and plush linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.
Modern and stylish, the second floor family bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and vanity unit. A separate WC can also be found on the first floor.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Nest are accessed via a secure key safe box, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.
Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle outside the property.
The Nest also has another two separate properties within its grounds - The Feather and The Cygnet which are all available to book together, subject to availability. Please call our team to discuss booking either of or both of the properties. This makes The Nest perfectly suited to family gatherings and travel groups looking for their own privacy whilst in residence.

The closest train station to Ripon can be found in Knaresborough which is a 25-minute drive from The Nest. From here, you can find direct routes to Harrogate, Leeds and York with services running every 30 minutes.
You will find a number of bus routes in Ripon with services travelling to Knaresborough, Leeds, Masham, Northallerton, Richmond, Thirsk and York. You’ll also be able to stop off at various North Yorkshire villages.
