Positive: The apartment was clean and tidy and plenty of space. Reaching out to booking.com the staff couldn't do enough to help.
Negative: The instructions sent originally took us to a different place on the site. The indoor swimming pool is tatty and not in good condition. We wanted to then use the outdoor pool but were told it was fully booked despite there being 3 people in. The staff didn't seem to care that people hadn't turned up. This was disappointing.
