Positive: Location, comfortable bed, roomy, clean. Left a coat and they found it and held it for us to pick up
Negative: The heating system was not functional. The hallway was stifling and therefore our room was hot and thermostat did not cool it off. Middle of winter and slept with the windows open. No compensation offered
