This brand new charming summer villa is located in a quite untouched area close to Ponti above and valley of Vassiliki ovelooking the entire of Vassiliki Bay and the Ionian sea.
The villa has 2 lovely double bedrooms and 2 kids can comfortably sleep in a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and balcony with it’s own stunning sea view. The living area has been designed with open beamed ceilings decorated with modern furniture, and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining areas.
The large outdoor area and split leveled with dining setting (table and chairs) on the upper deck, perferct setting for fresh breakfasts or alfresco dinners, whilst the lower deck boasts a private infinity pool, surrounded by luxourious sunbeds and sun umbrella bringing you one with the view!
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
A quite, unspoilt location in the evergreen pine clad loft of Ponti just above Vassiliki. Only a 3 minute drive to Vassiliki Beach and 5 minute drive to Vassiliki harbour.
