Summary: Bed was way too soft for comfortable sleep. Had to switch with other bed. Not able to use tv in bedroom. Should have been provided password for Roku remote. All bedrooms need better lighting. Thermostat not user friendly. Suggest instructions be provided for future guests.Owner should ensure kitchen is properly stocked before guests arrive. There were lids for paper coffee cup, but no cups. I would think coffee would have been provided,other than instant coffee. Also, I would suggest upgrading kitchen pans . Housekeeping should be more attentive to little things, such : extra towels in closet were all damp , each bedroom should have trash can, overhead ceiling fan in bedroom has burned out bulb, ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t work. On a positive note, kitchen appliances were very nice, access to place easy. Oh yeah, sink in master bathroom has very slow drain. These things would really help to improve your business.
