Our Holiday House is located on the beach of S. Giovanni di Sinis, surrounded by sand, 30 m. from the seashore, the facade of the house does not face the sea, but faces the street. On the first floor the house has a large living area with kitchen, sofa bed with a sideboard (good for sleeping small children) ty - freezer pit -washing machine-wood stove and so on. all well furnished and equipped with group games and books illustrating the territory of Cabras. On this floor there is a double room with a bathroom with a shower. In front of the living area there is a balcony with a service sink and an external drying rack for drying clothes, from here you can see the Spanish Tower near the city of Tharros. On the second floor there are 2 rooms with bathroom with shower. It is located nen heart of the township of S. Giovanni di Sinis and the Marine Protected Area '' Sinis Peninsula - island of Mal di vento '' () near the archaeological site of Tharros and the Palocristiana Church of the 5th century AD (50 m.) And the hamlet of S . Salvatore, where there is a Hypogeic Sanctuary, located in a quiet and strategic area. From here begins a walking path that flanks the bar-trattorias and a restaurant, up to the city of tharros and further to and its lighthouse, from here you can enjoy immense views, both from the Gulf of Oristano, arriving at to see the whole Mistras Pond, both from the open sea, being able to gorge from the Torre di Seu to the Isle of Mal di Vento, the rock of the Catalan and in the distance Capo Frasca. The whole territory can easily be visited on foot or by bicycle. The guided excursions organized in the Protected Marine Area and on the island of Mal di Vento are possible mainly during the summer months.
