Large independent house located in a quiet area called Scala di Furno, a few steps from beautiful beaches between Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. The property has a large garden with lawns and ornamental plants and a paved part that leads to pleasant covered terrace. The property is rented out on an exclusive basis, although it actually presents 2 separate apartments. It is therefore perfect for 2 or 3 couples, with or without children.
The first apartment is accessible through the main entrance. The large living room has a fireplace, air-conditioning, two double sofa beds and a large table. Then, a beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where a first air-conditioned double bedroom is located. On the ground floor is the second double bedroom. On the same level is the fully renovated bathroom with a large shower cabin, as well as the fully equipped solid wood kitchen.
