The villa and two further villas are in an isolated location in the forest, about 700 metres from Monteverdi Marittimo, a little village in the hills in Pisa province. The villa is surrounded by greenery, 200 metres from the main road.
The villa does not have heating and is only let out during the summer months. There is currently no washing machine in the house. The private road that leads to the house has very little traffic. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
The living space is spread over two floors. The entrance to the house is on the ground floor and leads into the spacious living room. It exudes a rustic atmosphere, owing to the terracotta flooring and the solid wood furniture. Two big dining tables stand in the middle of the room and provide ample seating for all guests. An upholstered suite and some sideboards complete the furnishing. Stairs lead to the upper floor, which comprises a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and freezer and other practical appliances. The first bedroom is elegant and furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a single bed (90 x 190cm), a wardrobe and a dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm). the bathroom provides a shower cubicle, a bidet, a WC and a hairdryer. Two further people can sleep on the sofa bed. Owing to the thick stone walls, the rooms are pleasantly cool in summer and air conditioning is not needed. The wireless Internet connection is very good, so it also works in the outdoor areas. Satellite TV is available. There is a furnished veranda in front of the house with a view of the forest. It is perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. A pool is available for shared use with guests at the two neighbouring villas. The pool measures 10 x 5m and is open from 9.30 to 18.00 (the pool instructions are displayed and must be adhered to!). The pool is not supervised. A stone oven is available for villa guests. There are parking spaces on site.Please inform us directly during your booking if you would like to order bed linen or towels (extra payment).
It is about 700 metres to the town centre with grocery shops, restaurants, a bank and other shops.
