Villa Mara is a beautiful house with a private pool located in Miami Playa, in the Pino Alto area just 450 metres from Playa Cristal, one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada.Villa Mara is very spacious, with 371 m2 of built-up area on a plot of over 600 m2, it is modern and comfortable, and has been completely renovated in 2023.Villa Mara is decorated in a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil style, and has 5 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.The ground floor has a large, bright living room with a dining area and a table for 10 diners, a seating area and direct access to the porch and garden. It is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is large and independent, and fully equipped with appliances and all kinds of cooking utensils.This floor also has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with 150x190 beds, one with a 135x190 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub for these 3 bedrooms. There is also a master bedroom with a 180x200 bed and its own shower bathroom with air conditioning.The lower floor has a living room with a fireplace and 2 single 90x190 beds.There are fans in the bedrooms.Outside, there is a large garden with a private pool and a barbecue area.Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of this cosy accommodation and enjoy a relaxing holiday with your loved ones.Playa Cristal (with a Blue Flag) is less than a 5-minute walk away. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, Playa Cristal never feels crowded, even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find children's areas: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different age groups. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants, bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink and enjoy delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects to the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant, where you can enjoy water activities and sports, visit the Sunday market, and also find a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and the final cleaning.As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.No noise is allowed from 10pm to 9am.It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival (Royal Decree 933/2021).
