Property Caretaker for garden, pool cleaning and maintenance work lives in complex, in seperate detached building under the poll area with no or minimum interaction and is available for assistance by request and appointment.
3 fully self contained Villas, each Villa is about 70sqm with full size kitchen, dining-lounge area with 50inch smart TV, and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has aricondition and ceiling fan and well insulated. Each contains a master bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd bedroom with single beds.
2 of the 3 villas are on ground level and accesible with wheelachair and baby stroller.
The complex is is equipped with exclusive use of swimming pool, BBQ area with outdoor dining area, playground and parking.
Each apartment has its own balcony with moving sunshade awning.
The property and pool is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.
The pool and BBQ and parking are on same level and are accesible via ramps.
