All with an exterior aspect affording lots of light and sun, plus views and access to the terraces and garden.The annex contains three big suites, each suitable for up to 4 people. All the bedrooms have an exterior aspect with views of the garden.The house has two terraces with dining tables, a porch with table and a garden with a grass lawn, plants and native trees. From one part of the garden there are inspiring views of the sea and the Medes islands. The swimming pool area is fenced off as a precaution for young children.In the garden, as well as a terrace ideal for sunbathing, there is a children’s area complete with a swing and a sandpit.The surface area of the house is 350 m², suitable for up to 14 people. It has a private garden of 1000 m² in a parcel of land of 4000 m². There is a private parking area for 4 cars.
